Recommender systems in model-driven engineering

Abstract Recommender systems are information filtering used in many online applications like music and video broadcasting e-commerce platforms. They also increasingly being applied to facilitate software engineering activities. Following this trend, we witnessing a growing research interest on recommendation approaches that assist with modelling tasks model-based development processes. In paper, report systematic mapping review (based the analysis of 66 papers) classifies existing work recommender for model-driven (MDE). This study aims serve as guide tool builders researchers understanding MDE might be subject recommendations, applicable techniques evaluation methods, open challenges opportunities field research.
